レッスンのご案内
Lesson Information
- 決まった曜日と時間をご希望の場合は、月3回または月4回のレッスンをお選びください。
変更をご希望の場合は、1ヶ月前までにお知らせください。
（例: 9月→8月初旬まで）
For a regular schedule (same day and time each week) are available only
for those taking 3 or 4 lessons per month. Please notify us of any changes
at least 1 month in advance.
(e.g., September → beginning of August)
- 現在、空いている時間枠もございます。ただし、長期欠席の場合は現在の
時間枠を確保することが難しい場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
復帰の際には空いている枠をご案内させていただきます。
There are currently some available lesson slots.
However, in the case of long-term absences, we may not be able
to hold your current lesson slot. Upon your return, we will provide
information on any available slots.
- 月謝は毎月10日までにお振込みください。
例: 6月分 → 6月10日までにお支払いください
Please transfer the tuition fee by the 10th of each
month (e.g., for June, payment should be made by June 10)
- 振替対応は、レッスンの1週間前までにご連絡いただいた場合のみ可能です。
ただし、1週間前を過ぎてのご連絡の場合でも、オンラインレッスンへの振替
対応が可能ですのでご相談ください。なお、体調不良などによる当日キャンセル
や遅刻については、振替対応ができかねますのでご了承ください。
Makeup lessons are available only if you notify us at least 1 week in advance.
However, even if the notification is made less than a week in advance, we can
accommodate you through an online lesson. Please note that same-day cancellations
or late arrivals due to illness are not eligible for makeup lessons. - 振替対応は翌月末までとさせていただきます。
それ以降は無効となりますので、ご了承ください。
We kindly ask that makeup lessons be arranged by the end of the following month.
Thank you for your understanding. - 講師都合での休講の場合は、振替レッスンを提供いたします。
In the event of a class cancellation due to the instructor’s
circumstances, a makeup lesson will be offered.
- やむを得ず退会される場合は、退会月の1ヶ月前までにご連絡ください。
例: 9月退会 → 8月初旬までにお知らせください。
If you wish to terminate your lessons, please notify us at least 1 month in advance.
(e.g., for September, notify us by the beginning of August)
- レッスン時間には入室・退室の時間も含まれます。
Lesson time includes time for entering and leaving the room. - 病気の際はレッスンに参加できません。
他の生徒への感染を防ぐため、体調管理をお願いいたします。
Students who are sick are not permitted to attend lessons. - 台風や大雪など気象警報発令時は休講となり、振替レッスンを後日行います。
午前のレッスンは6時、午後のレッスンは12時に判断いたします。
Lessons will be canceled in case of severe weather warnings
(e.g., typhoon, heavy snow) Morning lessons will follow 6 AM updates,
and afternoon lessons will follow 12 PM updates.

費用や日程はその都度ご案内いたします。
Students may participate in concerts and recitals depending on their progress.
Dates and fees will be announced accordingly.

レッスン中の安全には十分配慮しておりますが、教室外での事故や貴重品
の紛失については責任を負いかねます。
教室内での対応は入室後からとさせていただきますので、ご了承ください。 - We take care to ensure safety during lessons, but we cannot
be held responsible for accidents outside the studio
or the loss of valuables.
Our responsibility starts after you enter the studio - 教材費について:

Additional costs for materials may apply depending on your level.
You may also bring your own materials. - 未払いや規則違反について:
授業料の未払い、または規則に従わない場合、レッスンを終了させていただく場合があります。
We may terminate your lessons if tuition fees are unpaid or if rules are repeatedly violated.
レッスンを欠席される場合、1週間前までにお知らせいただければ振替として対応いたします。
それ以降は、欠席扱いとなり、料金が発生いたします。
If you notify us of your absence at least 1 week in advance, it will be treated as a makeup lesson.
Otherwise, it will be considered a missed lesson, and the fee will still apply.

| お月謝のお支払いは銀行振込にてお願いいたします。 We kindly ask that monthly tuition fees be paid via bank transfer. |

2020年4月よりオンラインレッスン始めました
SIMCでは、2020年4月よりZOOM、Face Time、LINE、Meet、Duo、WhatsAppによるオンラインレッスンを開設
いたしました。新型コロナウイルス感染拡大予防のため、少しでも熱がある、席が出るなど、体調不良の方は、
レッスンを見合わせて頂きたいと思います。また、外出自粛などで家から出られないときや、風邪、インフルエンザ
などで、外出できないけど、元気な場合は、ご希望によりオンラインレッスンの対応をいたします。
お気軽にお問合せください。今まで通り急な時、
1週間前までにご連絡頂ければ振替可能です。

SIMC will begin online lessons using the ZOOM, Face Time, LINE, Meet, Duo, WhatsApp
web platform in April. In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection,
if you feel sick or have a fever and cough, I would like you to cancel your lesson.
If you can’t go out of your house due to self-containment or if you have a cold or flu and
can’t go out but are otherwise fine, you can request an online lesson.
Please do not hesitate to contact us. As usual, if you can contact us at least 1week in advance,
you can have a makeup lesson.
What you need for online lessons
◎ Download ZOOM etc. app
◎ Smartphone, iPad, PC (with camera and microphone)
◎ Internet environment
◎ Tripod or stand
◎ Music score that you want to take the lesson
※Lesson fees are the same as for regular lessons.
Once COVID19 calms down, we will resume lessons in the classroom.

为了防止新冠状病毒感染的传播,如果您感觉到有一些发烧或咳嗽,希望您取消课程。
如果您由于自我隔离而无法出门,或者由于感冒或其他症状而无法出门, 那不是问题,
我们会配合您的时间为您提供在线课程。 请不要犹豫与我们联系。
与往常一样,请您至少提前一个星期前与我们联系,就可以转换在线课程。
