・会場には遅くても30分前に着いていてください。
・Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event.
Early is on time,on time is late,and late is unacceptable!

時間に余裕をもって行動してください。
個人的な事情による遅刻は減点対象や審査対象外となります。
公共交通機関の乱れによる遅刻は、遅延証明書などが必要とするコンクールもあります。
♫ 当日の進行について
・受付時間になりましたら、コンクール受付スタッフに参加票をご提示ください。
・当日の日程表とプログラムを確認し、スタッフの指示に従ってください。
・ご自身の出番まで舞台袖の空いている席でお待ち下さい。
・ご自身の参加番号が読み上げられましたらステージに出てお辞儀をし、椅子、足台の調整をし、
演奏をはじめてください。
・足台等をセットされる方は番号読み上げ後、ステージに出てセットし、演奏後に片付けてください。
・足台や椅子の調整する際は客席に背中を向けないようにしましょう。
・足台や補助ペダルのセット、片付けは保護者の方が行ってください。
・弾き終わりましたらお辞儀をして舞台袖にお戻りください。
・客席から直接ステージに上がり演奏後もそのまま客席に戻る場合もあります。
・演奏時間によりカットベルを鳴らす事があります。カットベルが鳴りましたら演奏を止め、お辞儀をして
舞台袖にお戻りください。
・舞台袖では物音を立てないように、話し声も響きますので静かに待ちましょう。
♫ About the day’s progress
・When the registration time arrives, please present your entry form to the staff.
・Please check the itinerary and program for the day and follow the instructions of the staff.
・Please seat and wait at offstage until your turn come.
・When your number is read,come out on stage, take a bow, adjust your chair and footstool,
and begin your performance.
・Those who set up footstools, etc., should go out on stage to set them up after the numbers are read out,
and put them away after the performance.
・Guardian are responsible for setting up and cleaning up footstools and auxiliary pedals.
・Do not turn your back to the audience when adjusting the footstools and chairs.
・When you finish playing, please take a bow and return to the offstage.
・In some cases, the performer may go directly from the audience to the stage and return to the
audience after the performance.
・The cut bell may be rung depending on the performance time.
When the cutoff bell rings, please stop playing, take a bow, and return to the offstage.
・Please wait quietly offstage so as not to make any noise and to avoid the echoes of talking.

♫ 足台、譜面台の貸し出しについて
・会場に足台の貸し出しがあるかどうかは事前に確認してください。
・補助ペダル、ペダル付き足台は各自ご持参ください。
・譜面台を利用される方は各自ご持参ください。
♫ About using footstools
・Please check in advance if the venue has footstools available for use.
・Please bring your own auxiliary pedals and footstools with pedals.
・Please bring your own music stand if you are going to use it.
